In our online store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with the products, you have the right to return them under the conditions below, in accordance with applicable law.
📦 Returning Goods
The customer has the right to notify the seller in writing within 14 days of receiving the goods that they withdraw from the contract (purchase) without giving any reason.

❌ Products That Cannot Be Returned
For hygiene and health protection reasons, the following products cannot be returned:

Cosmetic products if the packaging has been opened or damaged

💰 Refunds
Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will refund the purchase price no later than 14 days from receipt of the return. The refund will be made using the same payment method used at the time of purchase.
In the case of a wrongly received or damaged product, please contact us immediately upon receipt – we will arrange for a replacement or refund.
