At Anthea Shop, we strive to ensure that your orders arrive quickly and safely. Below are the terms and information regarding shipping.

🚚 Shipping Costs
Shipping within Slovenia costs 2,99€ for orders up to 70€.
For orders over 70€, shipping is free.

⏳ Delivery Time
Your order is usually shipped within 2 to 5 business days after order confirmation.
Delivery time also depends on the courier and current conditions, so delays may occasionally occur.
If there is a delay, we will notify you.

📦 Shipping Method
Delivery is carried out through our contracted partners (Pošta Slovenije, GLS, DPD, or others).
Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (if available).

🔄 Pickup and Delivery
The product will be delivered to the address you provided during checkout.
If you are not at the address, the courier will leave a notice of attempted delivery and instructions for pickup at their service point.
You can also pick up your order in person at Anthea Hair Salon, Levstikova 3, Celje.
