5. Orders
Customers may place orders as registered or unregistered users. After placing an order, the customer receives a confirmation email. In case a product is unavailable, we reserve the right to reject the order or partially fulfill it, and the customer will be informed in a timely manner.

6. Payment Methods
The following payment methods are available in the online store:

  • Online payment systems (Google Pay)

  • Payment upon personal pickup at the salon (cash or card)

7. Delivery and Personal Pickup
Ordered products are delivered through contracted courier services.
Delivery time is 1 to 5 business days, especially in the initial phase of the online store setup.

Personal pickup is also possible at our salon at Levstikova 3, 3000 Celje, at no additional delivery cost.

Products can also be purchased directly in the salon, as the physical store operates within the hair salon.

8. Right of Withdrawal
The customer has the right to notify the company within 14 days of receiving the product that they withdraw from the contract and return the product without giving any reason.

The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging. The customer bears the cost of returning the goods. Refunds will be processed no later than 14 days after receipt of the returned product.

Cosmetic products that have been opened or used cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.

9. Complaints and Warranty
If the customer receives a damaged, incorrect, or otherwise defective product, they must notify the store within 8 days of receipt. Complaints will be handled promptly and efficiently, in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act.

10. Personal Data Protection
The company is committed to permanently protecting all personal data of users. Data will be used exclusively for order processing and communication with the user. Personal data will not be shared with third parties, unless required by law.

11. Final Provisions
The company reserves the right to change these general terms and conditions without prior notice. Changes take effect on the day of publication on the website. Any disputes arising from the use of the online store are subject to the jurisdiction of the court in Celje.
